Terms of use

These terms apply to Trainer Studio (“we”, “us”), a website that makes AI pictures of you with Pokémon. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use it

• One account per person. Keep access to your email or Google account safe: it is how you sign in.

2. What you can upload

• Only photos of yourself, or of another person who has agreed to it.
• Only screenshots of your own Pokémon GO profile.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, or content that pretends to be someone else or misleads people.
• Your scene descriptions must follow the same rules. We may refuse or remove anything that breaks them.

3. Fan-made and unofficial

Not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, The Pokémon Company or Niantic. Pokémon names, characters and games belong to their owners. The pictures are fan art for your personal, non-commercial use: do not sell them or use them to advertise products.

4. AI pictures

Pictures are made by an AI model and checked by a second AI model that compares every Pokémon with its official artwork. Results can still contain mistakes, and your likeness is a creative interpretation, not a photograph. Pictures carry an invisible watermark from the model provider that marks them as AI-made.

5. Credits

• The price of a picture in credits depends on the mode and the options you choose. It is shown before you generate, kept with your request and charged exactly as shown.
• New accounts start with 0 credits. There are no free credits or free trials.
• If we cannot finish a picture, its credits are refunded automatically. The one exception: if Google, which makes the pictures, refuses to use your photo (usually because it shows a well-known person or is a still from a film, a series or a screen), the credits for that picture are used.
• For a picture Google refused, you can ask for a review once. We review every request.
• You can report a picture whose Pokémon looks wrong once. We review every report.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and end when the account is closed.

6. Your pictures

You can download and delete your pictures at any time. You give us permission to store and process your uploads and pictures only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service, and remove the content involved.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how pictures are used after you download them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving you of the protection of the law of the country where you live.
